Ordering your Christmas Card mailing
How it works
This year we are offering one size of card, A5, specification:
A5 4pp: 350gsm white uncoated A4 card printed full colour double sided from supplied artwork and folded to A5 enclosed into:
C5 outer: 162 x 229 envelope 90gsm printed full colour using your supplied data list and logo.
Mailed via Citipost: Business , Mailmark, Economy.
So, we can offer such a competitive price mailings of Christmas cards will be grouped into two mailing dates. When ordering your cards, you will be asked to select which date you would like your cards to be mailed, 4th or 11th December.

Cards will be printed with your artwork on the front and the recipient’s name and personalisation inside. Please download and use the templates below to create the artwork and data files. You will be asked to upload them on the next page. Envelopes will be printed with your logo, which can be uploaded on the next page.
If you wish to order some unaddressed cards and envelopes (client samples) sent to you this option will be shown on the cart page.

Artwork and data templates
Please upload your digital artwork with all high-res images and fonts in place. Preferred artwork format is Print-ready PDFs distilled at high res using PDF/X-1a:2001 settings, separated for four process colours, fonts embedded, with crops, registration marks and 3mm bleed. Please download and use our artwork templates can as a guide for layout.
